Through the «A Woman's Giving» embroidery and handicrafts initiative, women defeat breast cancer

The Basmat Amal institution implemented the initiative “A female's giving”, which is a training course in handicrafts (embroidery and handmade works), which continued for a month and a half at the institution's headquarters in Gaza City, in partnership with the French FXB foundation and the Pal-Think for Strategic Studies institution. This initiative comes within the project “The benefits of the culture of non-violence”, which the Pal-Think institution implements in the local community with all its strata, and which aims at contributing to creating an environment brimming with tolerance and acceptance of difference, free of communal violence, and at activating the role of the youth especially in renouncing violence.
