The Civic Education Corps holds a session on gender-based violence at the University of Palestine
Under the «Preparing a Civic Intellectual» project, the Civic Education Corps held the awareness workshop «Gender-based violence» at the University of Palestine, with students of both sexes attending.

Within the civic-educator project, the civic-education body at Pal-Think for Strategic Studies carried out an awareness workshop titled “Gender-based violence”, on Wednesday, 17 March 2021, at the University of Palestine, with the attendance of a number of the university's male and female students
This comes within the project “Preparing a Civic Educator”, implemented by Pal-Think for Strategic Studies with funding from the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).
The meeting was led by the student Farah Zaqout and the student Sami Shaqoura, “trainees within the civic-educator project”, and they spoke during the meeting on the concept of gender, the difference between it and the concept of sex, and gender roles — in addition to talk on the forms of gender-based violence in the Palestinian condition and the mechanisms of dealing with cases of gender-based violence; the legal texts that treat the issues of gender-based violence were likewise reviewed.
