Goals

• Develop the institutional frameworks of 80 civil society organisations.
• Build advocacy capacity and the ability to run pressure campaigns.
• Connect civil society organisations to relevant international networks.

Activities

• Specialised training in institutional governance and project management.
• One-to-one consultancy for each organisation to develop its strategic plan.
• Exchange of experience with regional and international civil society organisations.

Outputs

• 80 organisations adopting updated strategic plans.
• A close cooperation network among Palestinian civil society organisations.
• A practical Arabic-language guide to building civil society institutions' capacity.
