A youth policy paper produced by young men and women within the “Civic Education 2” project implemented by Pal-Think with funding from the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).

The paper's importance lies in the search for ways to strengthen women's rights in the Gaza Strip — political, social, and economic — and in the importance of women's presence in policy-making and of their genuine participation in society. The paper's objectives centre on presenting effective policies that would strengthen women's participation in Palestinian political life. Accordingly, the paper is divided principally into three axes addressing women's standing in Palestinian society on the political and economic sides, and puts forward policies for advancing that reality and attempting to change it for the better.
