Pal-Think is a pioneering Palestinian institution upon which lies the duty of always searching for positive solutions. On the topic of renewable energy in the Gaza Strip, this is not the first time Pal-Think has worked in this field; it has previous works in past years, having carried out programmes to stir discussion and interest in the private sector, the government, and the banking sector in what relates to investment in the renewable-energy sector.

In this article we aim to raise the topic once more, with the aim of awareness-raising and promoting the idea of renewable energy, encouraging the search for alternative energy sources, and considering the electricity crisis a strong motive for searching for new energy sources for the sake of Palestine's future and life in the Gaza Strip.
