Introduction:

Palestine was among the first Arab states to declare a state of emergency and respond to the precautions of social distancing imposed by the spread of the coronavirus. Within the frame of social distancing it worked, according to its available capacities, to get through the crisis, and moved to implement several plans within the distancing policy — among them electronic education (distance learning).

This paper aims to shed light on the obstacles that faced the Palestinian educational institution's experience of distance learning under the corona crisis, and whether this experience can be developed to meet similar challenges in the future.
