The paper examines Jordan's options in dealing with the regional and international challenges and their effect on Jordan. It sheds light on the repercussions of the “deal of the century” for Jordan and the scenarios for handling its challenges — noting that the paper builds on the conclusions and deliberations of the participants in a conference organised by the Al-Quds Center and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in February 2020 under the same title, in which 50 experts took part from 12 states of the Gulf, the Middle East, Europe, the United States, Russia, and China.
