By virtue of the success achieved by the Rwandan experience — which, through its handling of the conflict, managed to give an example to the countries that have suffered, or still suffer, from civil wars, internal divisions, or armed conflicts, showing that rebuilding a modern state, despite a heavy and bloody history of violence, persecution, and armed conflict, is a reality that can be accomplished if the genuine will for it exists.

This paper aims to shed light on this experience and how to benefit from it in the Palestinian context.
