The paper discusses the obstacles facing the establishment of entrepreneurial ventures, which relate directly to the entrepreneurial environment and the practice of entrepreneurship — among them the scarcity of experience and knowledge among entrepreneurs themselves, as well as the legal framework governing the work of entrepreneurial ventures. The governing legal framework is of the utmost importance in encouraging, developing, and growing entrepreneurial activity, bearing heavily on the performance and efficiency of those activities, which contribute greatly to economic growth.
