The «Let's Gather» initiative for nonviolence and accepting others

The Fares al-Arab foundation for development and charitable works implemented the initiative “Strengthening the culture of non-violence and accepting others” within the project “The benefits of the culture of non-violence” in cooperation with the Pal-Think for Strategic Studies institution and the French FXB foundation. This initiative aims at creating an atmosphere of tolerance, constructive dialogue, and accepting the other, through organising three training days on the skills of effective dialogue and the personality of the interlocutor, the types and art of dialogue and collective discussion, and the mechanisms of conflict resolution and the forms of violence.
