Pal-Think unveils a mural at Gaza University: «Palestinian elections are the road to development and stability»

Within the activities and events of the project “Toward a society more aware of its electoral rights”, implemented by Pal-Think for Strategic Studies in cooperation with the Central Elections Commission within the project “Partnership with civil-society institutions 2021 / phase two” funded by the European Union, Pal-Think unveiled a mural titled “The Palestinian elections are the road of development and stability”, inside the University of Gaza — the main campus.

This activity comes within the project “Toward a society more aware of its electoral rights”, which seeks to strengthen society members' awareness of electoral issues and encourage them to take part in any coming electoral process. The project includes a series of other activities: carrying out 35 awareness meetings, designing and printing a brochure on the Palestinian electoral system, carrying out 8 radio episodes, producing and designing awareness videos, and painting a mural — in addition to launching a lobbying and advocacy campaign aiming to draw the attention of society with all its components to the importance of hastening the holding of free and fair elections, and the importance of that for all walks of life.
